Time for a Duncangal contest, ends tonight!!!

It's just a little contest to see how well y'all know me and my Duncans, lol. It will be a 2 parter, but if no one guesses the second question correctly, I will still give it to whoever is closest on the first part, unless there is a tie, then geesh, I will worry about that if it happens, lol....The prize will be a grab bag of basketball cards worth at LEAST $100, and don't worry it won't be no-name players, lol.

Question #2 What is the most expensive card I own from that same year? Please give the brand and title of the card...Remember 99-00!
