Is this an Error 25c or post-mint made?

I was visiting with a friend this afternoon and he knew of how I "love" the missing clad reverse state quarters. He received this quarter in a collection he bought and asked my opinion. I have my opinion but wanted to run it past you all.

So, is this a mint error or post-mint? Weight is 4.1 grams.

PMD as someone intentionally gave that a acid bath.

Once it eats through the clad it will quickly etch the reeding toward the center of the coin throughout the copper core.

Weird how the reeding created those striations in a "sunburst" effect. At first that made me think of the flow lines created on some of those coins that got shrunken by m*****ive amounts of electricity. Haven't seen any of those in almost ten years. If I remember correctly, there used to be a forum member that made those.

Edit to add: the new software's robocensor doesn't like any words with the letters A-S-S in sequence, apparently. It automatically adds asterisks. (Five asterisks to replace three letters. Haha.) And the old method of subverting the robocensor doesn't seem to work anymore. Interesting.
