I don't do eBay but looks to me like he started about a week ago. A few of the feedbacks are already calling him a scammer.

Through AuctionZip, a seller had a load of moderns and rolls overpriced out of this world. He even graded them himself. Had a 1964-D Washington quarter graded at MS67+, valued at $12,500 with an opening bid at $500. Or a roll of unc Lincoln cents, date 2000, opening bid at $14. Needless to say, with around an hour for all auctions to end, no-one had placed a single bid.
