  Does PCGS track an index that does include colonial coins?

  I realize this isn't an answer to the question in this thread, but do you know how PCGS weights each of these values in their tables? Is it simply the dollar value of each individual issue listed? If so, this composite isn't very reflective of most of the hobby-industry and is weighted far too heavily into the top 1% of the economic strata.
