question on reholdering coins (prior labels)

Let say, you had a dozen really nice coins that were all previously holdered but removed from PCGS holders so they could be enjoyed raw. If you wanted to re-submit them back to PCGS , would you stick in the old label in each flip letting PCGS know that the coin had been holdered prior and what grade.
Now I know each coin has to be accessed at present regardless of what it was in before:
some other questions to ponder:

some other questions to ponder:
if a coin or two were NGC would you include those labels as well?
additionally: some had cac stickers which no longer matters because cac wont reholder unless you had visual proof it was prior.?
lastly, if you included labels, would you include them on a coin that is clearly undergraded in todays standards?
ps: don't slam me , it wasn't me who took them out , it was a customer of mine
Your thoughts appreciated as I am submitting them in Baltimore later this week

I'd hold back the labels on any you thought might be undergraded, though, and of course the NGC labels and CAC stickers would be entirely irrelevant and pointless to send.
The coins will be graded raw no regards for the labels.

I keep the old inserts and occasionally attach them to the back of the new slabs.
Especially when I do a cross over - it's my way of doing a comparison
between TPG's.

That best thing the labels can do would be to have those coins removed from the pop reports.

The old labels won't help the grade but they will help the pops.

I do this too. As a routine. It's another piece of the coin's history and worth saving, IMO.
