My lack of frustration with a major auction house over delivery

I was fortunate to win a coin in an auction conducted by a major auction house, whose name shall remain Heritage. I won the coin on Friday at about 11 PM my time. It was delivered to me today at about 11 AM my time. In 60 hours Heritage managed to deliver the coin from the auction in California to my house in Florida. Maybe they deliver so quickly because I manage to figure out how to pay them. (Sorry Realone--it was so easy, I just had to take the shot. I don't really mean it.
) Regardless, I am impressed with their speed!

I have had similar experiences with Heritage and Great Collections.
I recall winning an item via Great Collections on a Sunday night and then having the coin in hand on Wednesday!
Of course there have been other times where it took until Thursday for me to get them.

Yup. With Heritage I sometimes have the coin in-hand before they generate an invoice. How they do that when I live in the boonies is a mystery to me, but it reeks of excellent customer service.

just curious if it was a wire?
i understand there are 2 choices to pay them via wire, one regular way and one more secure way (forget what it is called) that promotes the fastest shipping since it is
(the most secure, fastest and fee-friendly option?)
.
I use what I think Heritage calls an e-check. And, today I had the coin in my daughter's hand before Heritage had my payment in their hand.

I sold a coin on E-Bay Saturday Night and "handed" it to the buyer at an auction we both attended Sunday. So there Heritage.............top that!!
