PCGS Submission - Conflicting Informaion - In Process

I have been keeping a close eye on my recent PCGS submittal to try and stymie a resubmittal on a Variety Attribution and now there is conflicting information between the PCGS Membership screen and the My Set Registry screen.
The PCGS Membership screen shows that the order status is IN PROCESS.
The My Set Registry screen shows the order;
Date Received 8/21/2015
Status OK
Items 4
Added to My Inventory 0
In Process 0
Available to Add to My Inventory 4
Perhaps there may be some movement from one room (Variety Attribution) to another (Imaging). I am not sure if this is new info since I did not bother checking My Set Registry before. Or this may be just another "flaw" in the PCGS system.
