1837 Ezra B. Sweet, New York, NY, Low-140 / HT-334, Rarity-4, 27.5mm Diameter, Copper, Previously in the Charles Litman collection.

This is the finest known example of the only store card in the whole Hard Times Token series with a true Federal cent like obverse tiara with the word "LIBERTY".

Amazing how close the OP token's obverse design is to a contemporary large cent, except perhaps for Liberty's nose.

I might've posted this one on C4TW before... can't remember. If so, sorry for the rerun.

PS- the OP is really a Sweet token!

(Pun intended, and yet still a true statement at the same time.)

This is an interesting one from Steve Hayden. Only about the size of a dime. Love the imagery of a bowling pin bowling! I find these merchant and good for tokens an interesting field to collect, full of history and subjects to research. So far, Ive not been able to come up with anything on this one, though. Please feel free to PM me if you've got anything.
