"Certified Coin Exchange (CCE) is a sight-seen/unseen, rule-governed trading system for coin dealers." There is a spin-off of CCE called collectorscorner.com which is a grouping of dealers who offer their wares (coins/currency/sports cards/stamps) at the same prices as their B&M stores, if they have one. Some are exclusive internet sales sites. I do some browsing on occasion there.

C.C.E. basic subscription is about $2500 annually. Unless you plan on being very active as a wholesale business, it probably won't be economical, and without a subscription you won't be able to access the trading floor.
I believe you are getting CCE confused with Collector's Corner. CCE is a dealer-dedicated site where you place dealer-to-dealer bids (not auction bids) and buy coins, sometimes sight-unseen.
