Finally Ive Completed One Set (Thanks Gene)

I've been working on three sets since March of this year. With the help of Gene from the forum I was able to acquire my last piece for my 1770-1807 George III Half Penny Set.

I am sending the 1770, 1772, 1773, 1774 and 1775 in raw to our host on Monday. The 1775 I will cross over at the upcoming show with a few other things. I think the 70, 72, 73 and 74 will hit between XF-AU. I wanted to get a AU and above set but the pieces are very hard to find.

As far as how I feel its great to complete the first hard set but kind of let down now that its over. But I still have work to do on the Victoria 1838-1901 Penny and half penny sets.

Very nice, well done! But don't feel let down, now try to go after the varieties, these can be particularly vexing in both the early part of the set as well as all the different 1799's. I finished the main set a few years ago, but haven't been able to find any of the early varieties since then.
