I buy a lot worldwide and sometimes have a questing prior to purchase. I use a language translator to make messaging easier for getting my question across and received the answer I'm seeking. Then I get responses like this which have me back at square one...

the more I think about his (her?) response perhaps it is not as contradictory as it seems.....of course in numis parlance it doesn't make sense but what if it was a coin plucked from circulation that just happened to exhibit no wear
it would be mint state but circulated (to someone not familiar with our hobby specific language)

I asked for larger images as it looked CH AU but feel it's just light glare on the high points.
When looking at a coin image that's really small it can look like rub.
