1861 confederate 1/10 & 1/20 restrike?

Anyone know what these are? Are these the re strikes made in the 50's?

They look very nice proof coins

    I believe these are modern copies made in the 1970's from newly created dies. Not worth much, don't think PCGS would grade them, but I think they would look nice in a display.

    Tatham Coin & Stamp company made a number of these fractional coins in early 1963, according to Levi & Corell.

    Yes I read also that these were made for the civil war centennial in the 1960s. I have a copper 110 piece.
