How to add your own avatar???

I would have posted this question over in the Q&A section but probably a better chance finding life on Mars than over there...so, how do I add my own avatar picture? I can only seem to pick from a pool of other peoples pictures. Thanks in advance.

I think everyday is upload day or at least today is and I think has been for awhile.
The hardest part is making the avatar file size to the limited parameters of the upload.

You have to turn on Develop in Preferences -> Advanced to see that.
Other than that, yes worked fine!

when it's not on the profile page, it is turned off.
the date of typical turn-on-age is the 15th of the month -- unless it is a weekend. This month the 15th is on a Sunday.
We'll have to be for a Friday or a Monday resurrection of the service.
The ability to upload has nothing to do with post count or membership age, as anyone and everyone can offend our host's sensibilities.
Couldn't I just send my new avatar to an admin and have him post it for me?

remember the file name of you avatar and when that happens, it should still be in the list. happened to me and i am able to revert to the last one i uploaded when this happens.
