Help identifying C.S. token and Counterstamps

I have bought several tokens and C/S coppers over the last month. I was wondering if anyone could help me identify the token or possibly tell me about the counterstamps; i.e. are any listed and where these merchants may have operated. Thank you in advance!

3. DERINGER is a known counterstamp (maker of the small revolver).
A forum member posted a bust half with DERINGER PHILA counterstamp about a year ago.

W. JENKS is not in the above list of known counterstamps.
4. BOSTON is a known counterstamp
(but would be hard to look up with google!)
5. 1801 large cent.
"I. GUILD" is listed as a known counterstamp, on the page

It might be the maker's mark for the silversmith Isaac Guild:
