2015 newp's. Four months worth. Well, four months of fun.

Although all are AU except two (there's a 45 mixed in along with a 62...can you spot them?), I picked these up as hole fillers favoring eye appeal (toning, surfaces, luster) but in some cases for scarcity. There's one R5, another R4, some tougher Redbook varieties.

Gorgeous coins every one. You have been busy. I'll take a guess that the MS-62 is the second 1822 and the XF-45 is the 1827.
I was a little surprised to find that I have bought 20 coins myself so far this year.

Edited to add that I could see that first 1811 going MS-62

Great looking bunch of Busties! Especially nice that no two of them appear to have the same toning. Now, maybe you can hold off on buying more CBHs. Let the rest of us have a chance.

coinnut, those are excellent guesses. As you know, the difference between 58 and 62 can be very subtle. You guessed two of the nicer 58's for the 62 but I wouldn't argue with you. The 1827 isn't the 45, but close. It's not inspiring from an eye appeal standpoint but it's an R4 AU50.

Barndog, you have good taste. That 1809 came from Eye Appealing Coins. I think the blue lettering in the scroll is kinda cool.

Dave, how did you know that was a cherry? NGC didn't see the Redbook variety and just called it an 1819, instead of 1819/8. And you are right, of course about it being an O.102 Large 9. Funny that the O.102 is an R2 worth hundreds less in AU than the R1 1819/8 Small 9. I suppose it's because there's only one Small 9 marriage vs. 4 (or 5?) Large 9 marriages?

Mozin, very observant as always. The toning look is all over the map. If this were someone else's GTG thread I'd call one or two of them AT.

I'm only buying these to sell to my friends later.

It's actually been a struggle to find nice, affordable bust halves lately. And the early AU58's are in the stratosphere!

Wonderful group, my favorite is the 2nd 1811 because of the color, the clashes, an early date and the overall appearance is incredible.
Looks MS to me, or 58, no way is it XF.

Lance, My favorites (in order of preference) are:

1) 1st 1819
2) 2nd 1811
3) 2nd 1822

Quite a haul!

What is up with the 1821 in XF45? Did they net grade it? Looks to be much more than 50% luster left and the wear, while evident, isn't XF worthy.
