Question for PCGS or the group....

I have a coin that could upgrade and currently is in a PCGS holder. The holder is badly scratched. So I need a new holder. Can we combine PCGS services? Can I ask for reconsideration and if it does not upgrade can I get it in a new holder anyway with just one trip to PCGS?

You would use "Reconsideration" when you want to maintain the old holder if it doesn't upgrade, and that certainly isn't what you want.
