There's no liability issue for pcgs if they allow a feedback system much the way bullionstacker.com does They have zero liability either way

Actually the transaction is for few hundred dollars. There's enough information in this thread that you can find the transaction and the details in the BST Forum.

The bottom line---be courteous, show common sense, and communicate. If payment will be coming late or if you can't ship the coin soon after payment is received send the other party a PM to let them know why. Most of us can understand family emergencies, illness, last minute work travel, etc and are patient enough to wait awhile.

Thank-you for bringing this to everyone's attention. I hope you find a good recourse.

Good luck. I have no tolerance for scammers that use the BST to rip off fellow forum members.

if I didn't live 3000 miles from WA id go visit this dik bag and have a little talk with him, I hate scammers, if you aren't man enough to complete the deal, don't get involved in the deal. garbage like this guy make it more difficult for everyone else to do business. heres an idea, try facebook to "remind" him that he owes you either the coins or a refund, don't private message him, call him out publicly
regardless of how many posts I have, I don't consider myself an "expert" at anything
if you google danny may Tacoma, the first hit is a local macdonalds that is managed by a danny may, link nothing wrong with having a chat with his boss, if its the same guy, your odds just drastically improved of getting something out of this d-bag, sometimes the law is too busy and we must handle our own problems, if it isn't him, get ahold of his local tax assessor, find out if he owns his house or rents, if he rents you can request the owners name and contact info. this is public information, and of course if he is a thief, he may have dope in the house, so an anonymous tip to his local PD may stir a giggle, with the internet, all anyone needs is a name and an address to create as much havoc for someone as they care to

"Note to self; don't ever mess with ebaybuyer" hey im not trying to be a hardass, im just sayin, with the internet and a little imagination, the possibilities are basically endless. having a name and an address is like child's play. why bother the police ? they have better things to do.
