Picked today, 1821 Capped Bust Quarter, grade opinions

I picked this up today at the local shop. A decent 1821 Capped Bust Quarter. My local dealer rarely has any of this type, last one was 4-5 years ago and I purchased it also. By far my favorite series. No clue on the Browning # but grade wise I was thinking VG10 maybe squeak by as a F12. What do you guys think?
My pictures are not the greatest but the color of the coin is mainly like the right side of the coin. My lighting made the left looking brighter than it is.

I think it's a VG but it looks original from what I can tell. How much damage?

My local dealer treats me pretty well. I have bought a lot of stuff off him over the last 10 years. He had it priced originally for $150 but when I took it up to him he marked out the price and said: $90 will work for me, How about you?

I was going to buy it either way. When he said $90, I kinda stuttered, Ssure whatever you want for it.

That is what I was thinking, probably a VG10 maybe a f12. No real major hits or scrapes, one hit just under the chin and below the cap but they are not really that terrible in hand.

I will go VG10, and F12 is not out of the question. Looks nice for the grade, and it might grade generously. $90 was a rip.

a quarter specialist can weigh in, but it appears to be a Browning-3 to me.

If it had better detail at the border (dentils) on both sides, this coin would easily make F12.

Very solid as a VG10

I like the obverse as a fine but the slightly weak rims/dentils might hold it back from achieving a fine. Awfully close though. $90. is way under-priced though, so congratulations!

My view is the coin is simply perfect for what it is. nice color and no serious distractions other then use in commerce.

exceptional coin and well above average for its grade range. VG10 and 90 bucks was a friends price to be sure.

the coin has a great look and a good example of the type.
