Question?

Do you have to go through a PCGS dealer or member to have a cracked stabbed reholdered? I'm asking for a friend.

    Yes. Private collectors used to be permitted to submit directly to PCGS at major shows only up until a point last year. Now, only Collectors Club members and authorized dealers may submit.
