Can you request PCGS to mount any coin with reverse in front?

I have some toned Morgan's that are in the holder with the reverse in front (usually with the obverse white).
If I submit a dual sided toned coin where I like reverse better than the obverse, will PCGS put it in the holder that way?
And what about a non-toned coin? Say I just like the reverse design better, what are their rules?

They should even pay for postage back to you.
It is amazing what you can get when a company screws up and you ask them to make it right.
"Holder Reverse Out" have worked for me every time. Never a problem.
