  Edge dentils look like a coin from a later year? Date too low relative to bust?
  
  That and this statement raised a red flag: "1796 draped bust silver coin not certain of legitimacy but I'm selling it as is! Please don't bud if you don't intend to purchase".

  The dentils are what jump out the most to me...they just aren't right...should be much longer. Wish I had a real one to compare it to instead of just pictures!
