Also, as far as actual collectors are concerned, proofs are way more popular than uncs. I expect that a majority of the uncs. are being bought by low-mintage speculators.

And, I personally expect to be there again with E. Roosevelt.
I am one of the "rare birds" that prefers the Mint State coins. They sure spot a lot less than the proofs once slabbed, if anyone else has noticed.
