Help with Overton number for my impaired 1817

    That was quick. Somehow I thought the punctuated date needed punctuation.

    This is correct. The LDS does not have the die dot between 1 and 7, but both O.103 and O.103a have missing serifs at the bottom-right of the I's in UNITED and AMERICA. That is the key to attributing this variety.

    I was hoping you all would agree it is a really late die state of the 1817/14 since the I's are J's on it as well. It is the only 1817 half with the I/J reverse I have.

    That's funny you say that because, if I recall correctly, the last 1817/4 to be discovered was in an ANACS holder misattributed as 181.7
