I went 5 for 5 on my very first cross over attempt!
I sent in five coins un last quarter's special (5 NGC coins). All five crossed at the same grade or better! This was my first time ever trying to cross anything. Wanted to give it a shot.
Here is the list:
1980-P DDO Lincoln was NGC MS64RD, now PCGS MS64RD
1913-S Barber Quarter was NGC AG3, now PCGS G4
1880-S Morgan was NGC 65, now PCGS 65
1896-O Morgan was NGC 62, now PCGS 62
1900-O/CC Morgan was NGC 64, now PCGS 64
Here are links to the cert checks to see the true view images.

I just love when that happens! You have the "eye" for picking coins I guess. Congrats.

It shows that you have a good eye and know what to send. Great job!
My most recent is going to TELL me more about my eyes than I probably want to pay for. 34 raw gold coins … ONLY one modern.

I've been away for a few years, as I went into gun collecting bigtime. The above quote kinda makes me long for the old "Kool-Aid" wars that used to predominate the boards :-)
Funny thing is, it's the same with gun collecting. My Marlin is way more accurate than your Winchester! Or, Savage vs Ruger ect. Human nature is a funny thing.....
<< <i>Thanks Lance. I was going to put links up this morning. It was late when I posted last night and was sleepy, but wanted to share. >>
yw!
sometimes i'm annoyed that someone didn't post a link but then so often i end up adding links anyway. weird and inconsistent approach.
so i decided to start looking at it like this, in a much more aggressive way (towards myself), if we each contribute by taking the next step, things get done a lot easier, better and faster?
i looked at all the images, therefore, i may as well post links as it wasn't much more effort since i was going to comment/post anyway.

<< <i>I have a 1913s NGC AG03 25c with even a tad bit more rim then the image on your coin shows. I am going to send that bad boy into PCGS ASAP! I have been meaning to, but now I am extremely motivated after seeing your post!
Can you post a picture of it. I suspected mine would grade at least a G4. Rims for the date and mint are known to be weaker than other dates.

Submitter cannot indicate a grade higher than assigned by the current TPG as minimum acceptable, but nothing prevents the TPG from assigning a different opinion, which might just be of a higher grade.
