die polishing and harsh cleaning comparisons question

I know anythings possible but could a grader or graders misinterpret die polishing lines
as harsh cleaning even if these attributes are well documented.

They have misinterpreted die polish on a few of mine over the years as whizzed

I have even cracked out PCGS coins to send in with raw submissions that came back cleaning...when they were MS64 coins with die polish.
This has happened several times to me personally, why I do not know because die polish is so obvious...the lines are raised, so who knows?
