  Are these in PCGS plastic? You should start a Registry set. That will give you the full roster of what you need, your percentage of completion, and how the set stacks up against the others that are registered.

  Yes they are all PCGS plastic. The thought occurred to me while typing the post, and I will do so. But I still like the idea of having a thread where my buddies can comment on photos and such. Assuming they are inclined to do so. And when I add a coin, I can post it here
  
  edit: I just spent twenty minutes combing through all the Registry sets ... they are not shown to me in any order and I honestly don't know which one I need. I clicked "add net set" and it showed me eight pages of composite sets that I could start. And there are so many options ...

  Sure, you could always do something like I did with my Box of 20 thread.
  
  But a Registry type set is a good idea, I think. They can be a lot of fun, even if one is not particularly trying to be competitive with them.
  
  Go check out the type set options on the Registry and find one that fits you and your coins, and start one up.

  After some additional browsing, I discovered the "basic design set" option. Seems like the best fit for me, and what I've always thought a "type" set was anyway. So that's cool.
  
  Once I'm done adding all my cert #'s I'll post the PCGS.com link in my OP.
  
  edit: VERY disappointed to learn that errors are not allowed in registry sets, even though they have cert numbers. I tried to add my Jefferson brockage to my Basic Design set and PCGS rejected my request. Also, I thought my Walker was in PCGS plastic but apparently it's in NGC and still has not yet been crossed over. On my to-do list but for now ... this thread will have to serve.
  
  At least now I have a list of what pieces I'm missing. :-/
