What, this Althing?

I've posted it before, but I kinda forget about it and rediscover it because it's not in my slabbed box...

I've always liked this coin a lot and want to own it but never noticed before how long his upper legs are.

This is a very nice specimen and I imagine there arenm't a lot of the boxes left.

I have the 2 kroner from the set only, and curiously it is sitting on my desk waiting to be photographed. Sometime I would like to find the complete three coin set.

That is a very nice 10 Kroner.

I bought a 3-piece set a few years back. NGC slabbed. The big 10 kronur was gorgeous with beautiful toning and I was totally in love with it. But the 2 kronur had really bad planchet flaws. Ordinarily that would have been kind of neat. But in a complete MS set, I felt it was just too much of a distraction image
