seeking an ebook and web design expert

John Wexler and I are working on a project, part of which will be testing the water with an downloadable ebook.
The Authoritative Reference type books, I believe are not a good candidate for ebooks.
But John and I recognize that collectors do not like to carry reference books to shows to identify varieties they are seeking, many prefer to use their electronic devices as a quick reference to search for these coins. This ebook would be for this objective.
From what I read, PDFs are great for reading, the ebook is much more interactive and useful.
John and I would like to have someone with expertise on web design to create a web site that can handle subscription based downloadables, that have copy limitations, that would protect them from being copied after they are downloaded.
We would also like to present and sell books, and perhaps coins on this site.

and if the customer wants a soft/hard copy they front the money for it and they send you royalties.
I would give you more information but i broke my arm in two paces and in to much pain to type.
btw if you want to keep track, amazon does this and you can charge a nominal fee for it.
Then create your web page if you like with a link to amazon
