in the middle of what I thought was a convincing message to lower a BIN, the seller had seen my previous request and lowered it.
2 minutes later I finish typing, go to the listing and someone BIN sniped it from me.
2 minutes and paid immediately!

It would have been a cherry pick for me too.
This has also happened to me.
Another time, I talked someone into a lower price and before he could change it, 2 people bid it up way higher than the original starting bid. I mean it happened in less than 5 minutes.
