Variations of Redfield/Paramount holders?

I own 4 different holders ( yea,I know don't buy the holder.....)
I feel that Paramount does hold a place in Silver Dollar History.
The Redfield sales were so succesful, Paramount started slabbing any silver dollars they could find. I know the green ms 66 is out of my budget range, so how many variations are there?
1. Black insert : "A Silver Dollar from The Redfield Collection Mint State 60 Paramount International Coin Corp.
2.Black insert : same as above but no grade and no Paramount label.
3. Burgandy insert: U.S. Silver Dollar Mint State 65 Paramount International Coin Corp.
4. Black insert: U.S. Silver Dollar Mint State 60 Paramount Internatioal Coin Corp.
Thanks Tim

The green insert holders with Morgans or Peace dollars were labeled MS 65 Plus. There were no Paramount holders labeled MS 66. There is rumored to be a dealer who has assembled a date set of Peace Dollars in the MS 65 Plus holders. I recently sold a MS 65 Plus Morgan (green insert) with the Redfield Collection designation.

I've got a 1900 S in one as a MS65. It might make 64 on a good day with PCGS.
