  I'm sure the OP's coin technically meets the MS65 grade if CAC approved it. Whether or not you like this dime as a Type coin probably depends on whether you like your silver coins white or toned. I wonder how it would compare to my toned 1914, which is graded lower at PCGS MS64, but holdered in a 1980s rattler slab?
