Can someone explain:rapid fire feedback accumulation

Member for 2 weeks - FB rating of 22 .. 234 FB accumulated - the first 10 pages from same person (his other account?) all within a couple of days of each other

A. How this is accomplished ? (Merely curious and also curious how the eBay FB system can be so easily exploited)
B. Why this is done ? Is it to build a base of positives in anticipation of some negatives that will ultimately be coming or is this innocent accumulation to try and attain say Top Rated Selelr Status

How are they exploiting the eBay feedback system? They have bought at least 234 items from 22 different sellers. You can only get one feedback point from each seller once per week, the reason they only have a score of 22. Without dissecting every transaction or feedback, it looks legitimate.

Hi Paul - there are over 100 FB left by slqmaven in 24 hours time (mostly on June 29 but dozens on other days within a days or two time frame - 90% of the FB is from slqmaven)
That is what I am referring to .. Sorry if I was ambiguous or the question looked accusatory - is just curiosity

Exploiting may be the wrong word .. Just wondering why it would be done if only 1 point is counted as you pointed out anyway .. It is simple curiosity on my behalf
