Regrets-I've had a few. This Registry set is one of them..

I put it together to honor a young lady named Molly Ford that I met in England almost 62 years ago now.

The grandmother who raised me after our mother died at age 24 was named Ford. And I've always loved the name Molly.

The paragraph at the top of the art gives the background.

It's a pretty nice set, I think. But nothing like what I envisioned when I started it. I let the cost of reasonably high
quality in some issues get in the way and got side tracked into series that I could better afford.

Sitting here now and remembering Molly I'm resolving to use my remaining time and coin collecting resources to focus on completing Molly's
set the way I intended to start with. Normally when I make such a commitment in writing, and to my family, I follow through with
it.

Hopefully I can get it done before the year is over.

Great coins and best wishes in completing it on your timetable.

If my memory serves me right, the 1699 Shilling is a fairly tough coin
