1815/2 and 1836 reeded edge half dollars... Added photos to first post

... I'm hoping to be able to pick them up in a month or two.
These are not run of the mill busts, but they aren't top of the pop either. They do look awesome though.
The first is an ANACS 1815/2 in f12
The second is an ANACS 1836 reeded edge in vf30.
The 36 looks well beyond 30 to me and the 15/2 just looked way too awesome to pass by.
Hopefully I'll have pics to add to this thread in a few weeks. Until then, I'm going to be like a crack-baby on a binge, things won't be happy until those things are in my hot little hand.
edited to add images of the coins. These pics are pretty lousy as the camera reflected in the plastic.
On the reverse of the 1815/2, toward the lower left, there is a reddish area that is toning not some kinda funk on the coin.
The rub mark on the cheek of the 1836 looks no where near as obvious in hand.

Key date bust half dollars have performed rather well over the last 15 years. I don't see that changing anytime soon. They still seem a good value for rare coins in a popular, accessible, classic coin series. I never bought an 1815/2, still would like to in the future. I have a low grade 1836 reeded but don't thing I'll be upgrading anytime soon.

up until about 4 or 5 months ago I hadn't picked up any new bust half dollars for a long time. All of a sudden, I seem to have found a really good source and close to work too. That's both a blessing and a curse, it's too easy to spend a lot of money at lunch time.
