Thank You WingedLiberty1957 !!!!!! !!!!!

I don't want to wait one second before thanking Wingedliberty for letting me know about a beautiful raw 1931S Lincoln for sale on the internet. There were many things he could have done but he told me about it and let me make a play with the seller.

The coin has a succulent deep rainbow target toned obverse, and is the single prettiest example of the date/mm I've seen by light years. The coin just graded 66RB Pop 2/0 at PCGS.

So happy, I'm clicking my heels

I've been told I tolerate fools poorly...that may explain things if I have a problem with you. Current ebay items - Nothing at the moment

None taken. All I have to say is sign me up for a bulk order of Dawn!

I did not get it truviewed because I sent it in raw and my superstition prevents me from presuming it will grade. Though coins like this almost always do.

Congrats to you on a great pickup.

Several of my coins were due to WL's passing along the links.

GREAT COIN, Coppercolor. Much more toned as well as this one than if it were a MS66Red. And Kudos to Winged Liberty, he will ultimately reside in Coin Heaven for finding good homes for good coins.

    You are most welcome!

I think it's gorgeous. It's by far the most beautiful 1931-S that I've ever seen. For some reason that year/mint always seems to come doggy.
  • Nice one.

It kinda reminds me of this coin I used to have.

Very excited for you! It looks great to me. So, how many dates are you short from a complete 66 graded collection?

That's nice of winged. He didn't want you to be the last in a line of deals before you caught up to that one.

Pretty cool to still be able to buy coins like this raw and it's enlightening to think there is still killer gems out there still waiting to turn up. Score!
