    If you use the "Report Item" link on the listing page, it will take you to the same page that your link does, except that it will pre-populate it with the item number. I think this is the better route to take. Also, if there are any updates to the affected pages, using the link on the listing page should always point you towards the most recent; using a separate link may end up pointing you to an obsolete page over time...

    Agree use the link from the listing page now as Judith advised in her email the way I read it. Same as yours but tied to the item reporting.
