Brazil 10 Euros soccer coin???

There is a quarter-page ad in this morning's Denver Post for a new curved "coin" honoring the World Cup games in Brasil. It is "legal tender" for "10 EUROS." However, nowhere does it give the name of the country. It does say "BRASIL" on it, but that appears to be a part of the description of the games.
Struck at the Paris Mint in a curved format like the U.S. Baseball coins. Being offered by the WestminsterMint in Minnesota. Anybody know if these are really coins, and if so from what country?

It does say "RF" on it, so I believe it is a French 10 Euro commemorative.

I agree, but it would not be legal tender outside of France.
