And a bunch of coins show up, different than if I typed coin.

    This is to be expected when searching any database. The results you find are directly dependent upon the data entry, whether spelled correctly or not. Computers are very unforgiving, and will never say "Oh, I knew what you meant, so despite the fact that you entered a misspelling, I gave you the results your were looking for anyway". I once mistakenly entered "hlaf dime" into the eBay search engine, and was quite surprised how many "half dimes" I found. Of course, the sellers may have been very disappointed with their results.
