  Absentee owners that allows the football people to do their jobs are priceless. The Irsays and Schnieders of the world can't sell the team soon enough.

  I've always thought the kickers were under appreciated.
  
  How many games come down to their toe? Lots.
  
  Not saying most important but should be up the scale.

  Out of those 3 the Cowboys have 2 that are the worst in the NFL!!!

  Head coach, quarterback and linebacker. I put the head coach first, particularly in the NFL where the salary cap has created so much parody. If the head coach is a defensive expert, I put the quarterback second. If the head coach is an offensive expert, I put the linebacker second.
