Cancelling a bid from a buyer?

I have a bidder that has been a member of Ebay since May of 2011. Has only purchased one item in all this time and here's what his feedback says:

Sellers beware. Hasn't bought anything until now then leaves negative feedback!

Does this seem to be a good situation to cancel his bid and block him? Am I overreacting?

eBay has deleted the negative FB that b5b6b7b8 has posted for sellers. Obviously they are aware that this member is a total douche.

I must admit I posted before I read the current threads. Thanks Mboy. Sucks you had to go through all that hassle but you've spared others from having to go down the same road.

This guy has been the topic of some discussion lately. Maybe I better block him even though I rarely sell coins. I just buy them.
