I know it's a common Peace Dollar, but what does it grade?

In hand, this coin is spectacular. I hope it translates in the pictures. What say you as to it's grade? Thanks

To forgive is to free a prisoner, and to discover that prisoner was you.

2nd answer: From the photos it looks very nice. The white balance is probably a little off, as these are most often blast white or a soft golden color, not greenish like it appears. The rims look nice. Luster looks deep and frosty. The cheek and fields are clean. Strike is only average (which isn't a huge deal with Peace Dollars). There are some hits around the eagle's rock and in the lower wing/leg area. One scratch is seen in the obverse left field. Something strange is going on around E PLURIBUS. There are a few scattered toning spots. I am not able to exclude the possibility of light wear from these photos.
I'm guessing a grade in the neighborhood of MS65+, but MS64-MS66 would be possible, depending on exactly how it looks in-hand. One caution though, is that there are a number of common-date Peace dollars that look a little like this that actually grade out at AU58. Look for luster breaks on the upper central cheek, the neck truncation, the point of the eagle's shoulder, and on the ridges of the rock the eagle is standing on. If these look OK, and mint frost extends across the entire cheek and neck, you have a winner, possibly up to MS66.
So I'm 65 based on the pictures, but 64 based on the pops and widgetness of the piece.

<< <i>Is that line across the neck a die crack or a scratch? Also are there any hairlines on the coin that are not apparent in the photo? >>
It's a die crack.

How can you tell from the photos that what you see isn't die polish? Just curious.

The look isn't consistent.
Bob mentions what I was thinking. NG....altered surfaces is likely the code that would be given.

Raised die crack and no others that I can tell.

There is something going on there, but i really feel it's not the result of a cleaning, the coin has extremely strong luster and does have a satin finish as some have mentioned. Thanks for all the help everyone, I thought it stood a chance at being a 65.
Hoard the keys.
Gotta be at least a 66. There's that little hairline below the L in LIBERTY, but ... still. Wow.
Man it's very hard to tell but I am nearly certain that it is a die crack. There are actually 2. The one running thru the L and the longer more obvious one. Not saying FOR SURE if it is or isn't as it's too hard to tell for me.
Not that this one has that look so much, but take a look around the edge of the devices .
<< <i>Just trying to see if the edited image is closer to in hand, why does everything have to be a conspiracy here? >>
I've been trying to figure this out for years. I blame too much television, Facebook and psychotropic medicines. MS 65 on the guess for the coin.

the photo is over exposed
<< <i>My first impression is a 65. My other first impression was that it looks a little too nice. >>
The coin is angled and the white balance is off as such that it is smoothing out the surfaces to look much cleaner than I suspect it is. Coin may be an AU or bodybag for cleaning in my opinion. Otherwise if problem free a 64/5.
