My First Topps '54 And All I Can Say Is WOW!!

I know I don't contribute on the boards like I once did. It seems like the only time I get on the boards is to try and sell something or show the boards my recent pickup. Anyway I do want to share with the forum this beauty. I believe this card looks like a solid 7 or even an 8, but the back of the card knocks it down to the 5 that it is. I do want to thank Jeff (Card Country) who sold me the card.

That's because you are a slacker.
Seriously, awesome pickup Bobby. I can see why you are so excited to share it.
Jeff is a good guy too and it is nice he was able to hook you up with that one.

Looks great. Much nicer than my 5! Congratulations!

Liquidating my collection for the 3rd and final time. Time for others to enjoy what I have enjoyed over the last several decades. Money could be put to better use.

I personally would never risk the damage of cracking, or risk putting a beloved collection piece in transit again, just to see the sticker change and make a few hundred theoretical dollars on a card I have no intention of selling. Even beyond risk versus reward, if it's a collection piece, enjoy what your eyes and gut and fellow collectors say over a number on a sticker.
