I found an old post on Freedom cardboard and it had it listed as 1999 Fleer SI. Is this the same set? It had a checklist of 35 autograph cards.

Wasn't it a Simpson's episode also with that same guy where he 'encased' some Super Hero chick in that thick plastic block stuff that was popular for cards back in the late 80's ? There were these 1 or 2 inch globs of plastic to store cards in I remember. Your avatar guy encased an actual person, not a card, or swatch or whatever, but attempted to encase the whole Super Hero chick - like a one of one ! It was hilarious

It is the same set. Cincy just got a little too quick with his cut and paste, identifying the box as "1998 Topps SI Greats of the Game Football Wax Box", where it should read 1998 Fleer SI.

Certainly they would fly off the shelf if they were way below market value. But there's more than price on these two. I think we've done the score case a couple of other times. I may have gotten both my boxes from group rips. I don't want a third even if it were the old price, but I would jump in @ 270 if I didn't have two.

Hockey struggles every time. The rip needs to be big to move hockey boxes. We'll see how it ends though.
