PSA labels

Hi fellow collectors, I am new to this site and glad you all let me be a part of it. I have a question for you. I have been out of the hobby for some time and I am now getting back into it. I am purchasing a 1954 Topps Eddie Mathews PSA 9 (OC). The (OC) doesn't bother me a whole lot because my cards will never be for sale . The card has what looks like an old PSA label on it. I have never seen a label like this one before but would like some input to is it an actual old PSA label or does it look suspicious. Hopefully the pic loads and you can look at the card. Thanks for all your help.

Liquidating my collection for the 3rd and final time. Time for others to enjoy what I have enjoyed over the last several decades. Money could be put to better use.
in thier registry. Make sure you are spending about psa 7 $ on it....$100 to $140
Also some believe...maybe not correctly that an old label is before grading became a little stricter
and such a tad less valuable.
But always buy the card not the holder
Nice card of a HOFer.
