What to do if PSA spells a name wrong?

I just received my package from PSA, and on the two 1948 Bowman Barney McCoskey cards they spelled it "McCosky" on the labels. Is there a process for getting these fixed at their shipping expense?

I must get at least one if not several mech errors in every grading order I receive. Pretty simple process to fix. Just follow their standard instructions:
In order for us to correct that mislabel, you will have to send it back to PSA for mechanical error. Here is the steps to submit a mechanical error:
• Please fill out a new submission form, mark "Other" as the service level, write in "Mechanical Error" and include a short note on the form describing the error. There is no charge or return shipping fees for the correction. (Submission forms can be printed from our website at: http://www.psacard.com/Submissions/)
• Please keep the problem item(s) on a separate submission form if you will be sending other items in to be graded.
• You will still need to write in the Declared Value(s) and sign the submission form.
• Please make sure the submission form and the outside of the shipping box has “Mech. Error" clearly and LARGELY written somewhere on it.
• Once the error is corrected, you may contact us for a grading voucher to compensate you for your shipping costs. This voucher will arrive separate from your order.
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact customer service.
Do note that if a name is misspelled on the card, it is PSA policy to label it with the misspelling to be consistent with the card instead of correcting the spelling error on the label.

This is not always true, at least in this case. Every '48 Bowman "McCosky" PSA graded (that I have seen), has the name on the flip McCosky (the correct spelling).

Definitely interesting info, thanks. I've got many examples of different cards where the spelling is wrong on the card and the flip and population report matches what's on it, but I haven't seen one before like you describe where the flips are correct even if the card isn't.
The player set registries include all the misspellings, but when you have a misspelling on the card/flip/pop report, it makes it tougher to realize it even exists since those cards don't turn up if you just type in a correctly spelled name on the pop report and don't intentionally mistype a spelling variation.
