soo, i participated in an online auction recently, won a coin and...

I received the invoice for two lots, my lot .... and an additional lot that I hadn't even bid on. unfortunately the "extra" lot wasn't anything I was interested in. ive bid and won several online lots, but this is a first. just thought I would share.

Call the auction house to resolve the issue.

Exactly. The real winner of that lot is probably wondering where his invoice is!

Stack's-Bowers invoiced me once for a live bid that I never made. Apparently, they recorded the incorrect paddle number. I called them and it was removed promptly.

This happened to me recently at S-B. Easy to resolve.

it was resolved earlier today, I just found it comical as ive never experienced something like that, had it been something that I had any interest at all in Im not sure what I would do, but it was something I wouldn't have even looked at let alone bid on, some old strawberry penny or something for like $40, I don't collect copper so it was of no interest to me.
