Can't really tell. Possibly a ding or more likely a cud like the one at 3:00 on this 1921.
I have a 23-s that looks almost identical wear on the breasteses.
Great lookin coin hope to have a complete dansco with coins just like that.

It's a solid VF35 to me, and I think the hosts felt the same way....but on a 'bad day' may have gone VF30.
Regardless the coin would and should command very close to XF money.

I see 35 and nearly 40. Your question is what do you think PCGS graded it and I suspect minimum 30 and should be 35.
