    On second reading, I see these are Thomas Jefferon quotes. I guess he said different things then Jefferson.

    I was about to post some quotes from my very favorite American, Thomas Jefferson, when I see that Poorguy (Brandon Kelley) beat me to it, with some of Jefferson's more profound quotes. Jefferson was a prolific writer, so many of his quotes remain today for us to ponder and appreciate.
