  I too would have keept it but I like coins like this I enjoy the imperfections.

  Years ago I bought a big collection of mint and proof sets that had been purchased directly from the mint form the sellers fathers. Many of them were still in the unopened boxes from te mint. Most years he purchased 5 sets. Well...I open up the 1965 SMS sets to find 5 sets....1 minus the coins!

  I have some quarters that are nice enough that surely they must have been freed from an SMS set recently and circulated.
