Grover Cleveland & Allen G. Thurman, 1888 Political Presidential Campaign, DeWitt GC-1888-6, 26mm Diameter
Rooster reverse with scroll in beak inscribed "Still We Crow. Ex: John Ford Jr. non plated in the Stacks/Bowers catalog and without a description. Based on Dewitt and Sullivan this issue was only struck in Silver, White Metal, and Brass. Most all Brass and White Metal examples seen are holed for suspension so being non holed is scarce alone. However this is the only copper one known and may very well be unique as I can not find anything research wise on another having been struck on this metal type.
